Museums make the best low-pressure first dates—public, safe, and full of things to notice.

“Oh, you read that placard by a Henri Matisse? I totally missed that.”

Side by side, drifting apart and back together, shoulders brushing, quiet laughs at how centuries-old art hits your modern humor.

Dinner is on them—because yes, I think a man should pay on the first date, and good conversation matters just as much as the art.

Smaltimore (small Baltimore) was in full effect—I even ran into some of my old friends along the way… their lips are sealed.

Afterwards, he asked me my favorite piece—it was Picasso’s Mother and Child.
