I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately about the modern political landscape, and on a purely human level, it is truly scary to watch. Seeing a known family man be so relentlessly targeted makes you realize how much his family has had to suffer through all of this. I honestly find myself completely bewildered by the sheer scale of the coordinated efforts we’ve witnessed to destroy Donald Trump. When you step back and look at it objectively, no figure in our history has ever been subjected to this level of relentless, multi-front hostility. From the moment he stepped out of the private sector as a true political outsider, the pushback has been staggering—simultaneous criminal indictments, constant media attacks, weaponized legal theories, and even horrific, repeated attempts on his life. It really makes you stop and wonder why the established political machine is so utterly terrified of one man.

As a woman who has navigated a 30-year career in a male-dominated workplace, I know firsthand the kind of hurdles women face and the sheer hard work it takes to overcome them. Because of that background, I look closely at how leaders actually treat and elevate talent. What bewilders me is how the actual data doesn’t match what the politicians and media constantly say about him. In the private sector, his corporate empire at the Trump Organization built a massive employee portfolio of roughly 22,450 workers worldwide that is actually 47% female and heavily multi-ethnic—consisting of 21% Hispanic or Latino, 12% Black, and 5% Asian staff members. He brought that same merit-based approach to government by consistently elevating women to high-stakes roles, making history by appointing Susie Wiles as the nation’s first female White House Chief of Staff alongside nominating nine women to Cabinet-level posts at the start of his second term.

He is a highly strategic, remarkably smart man who has been sizing up the corruption in our system since the 1980s, using his celebrity and sharp instincts to navigate a rigged game. What we are seeing isn’t just standard political opposition; it looks an awful lot like a self-serving establishment doing everything in its power to protect its own survival because an outsider finally came along who threatens to expose the whole machine.
